What visitors see before they sign up: search, listings and booking.
Deals, saved homes, tours and messages, all in one account.
Where owners list homes, handle tours and get paid. Light and dark.
Where your team approves listings, checks identities and runs deals. Light and dark.
The hero search has three tabs: Buy, Lease, and AI Search for people who would rather type a sentence.
The parts that usually take months to build, already working.
Buyers browse price pins on a map, use filters, or just type what they want, such as “a house in Austin under 600000 with 3 bedrooms”.
Every sale and lease moves through clear stages with a checklist, so buyers always know what comes next.
Buyers verify their identity and sellers verify their business. Your team checks payments and pays sellers after your commission.
Change the name, logo and colours from the admin panel. The whole site updates instantly.
Built for phones first, with light and dark themes in the seller and admin areas.

Short answers to the common ones.
If people pay to use your platform, through commission, listing fees or a subscription, choose the Extended License. If it is free for its users, the Regular License is enough. Each license covers one website.
Yes. You get the Next.js front end and the Django API, with the full source of both. No extra purchase and no hosted service.
Node.js 20.9+ and pnpm for the front end. Python 3.12, PostgreSQL and Redis for the API. Copy the example environment files, run the migrations, and connect the two.
The front end runs anywhere Next.js does, such as Vercel. The API runs on any VPS with Python, PostgreSQL and Redis, and a Dockerfile is included.
By bank transfer. The buyer uploads a receipt and your team verifies it. There is no card gateway built in, but we can add one as part of a customisation.
Yes. The name, logo, favicon and brand colours are settings in the admin console.
